Kamruzzama’s appeals ruling on Monday

War and crimes against humanity in the death Jamaat leader will appeal the verdict to be announced on Monday. Four members of the Appellate Division headed by Senior Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha will appeal the verdict bench. 

Earlier, on May 9 last year for crimes against humanity against Jamaat assistant secretary general Mohammad leader-member tribunal sentenced to death. Charges brought by the prosecution against him in 7 gave the verdict after 5 trips Tribunal evince. The remaining two charges were not proved that he was discharged.
