Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is meticulously maintained through completing tasks within deadlines
  • Maintain service tracker thoroughly and escalate any exceptions to the line manager
  • Contribute to Overall Operating Efficiency (OOE) by proper usage of Electronic Time Capture System (eTCS)
  • Minimise operational errors and logging errors into eTCS.
  • Ensure all transactions received are processed by the operators within the standard timeframe
  • Ensure awareness of Group and local regulatory policy, internal and external audit findings and guidance from Compliance, regarding own area of operations and imbibing findings into daily operational process
  • Strictly follow Information Security policy and Clear Desk policy
  • Ensure proper periodic reconciliation of Group Ledger (GL) Accounts and proper signoff in Assurenet
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory response to queries from stakeholders
  • Ensure proper and timely answer to Customer Feedback Monitoring System (CFMS)
Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
    Bachelor degree preferably in Business background from a reputed university
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
  • To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • One to three years of proven experiences in banking
  • Good organisational skills with an ability to effectively prioritise and meet SLA
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge regarding Central Bank’s guidelines, circulars and policies
